SIRIVS Gin is a premium Mexican Dry Gin created for those seeking a distinctive and elevated spirit. Crafted with local botanicals and a cosmic sense of storytelling, SIRIVS Gin stands out for its complexity, its sustainability, and its journey-driven essence.
After four years of meticulously developing a gin recipe that perfectly suits us, SIRIVS Gin is now available as a permanent range!
SIRIVS Gin was created to be both a dry tasting product, thanks to its body and roundness on the palate, and an ideal base for sophisticated cocktails. Whether mixed with Tonic, in a Dirty Martini, or in a Red Snapper, there are a thousand and one ways to travel with SIRIVS Gin. The locally harvested ingredients, such as plants and the aromatic lime from Colima, as well as its locally blown bottle made from recycled glass and its label printed on-site, will make your journey to Mexico an unforgettable experience.
TASTING NOTES:
On the nose, SIRIVS Gin reveals a vibrant bouquet of crunchy juniper, zesty citrus, and earthy angelica mingled with playful hints of gummy candies, savory olives, and herbal whispers of basil, sage, and rosemary.
The palate opens soft and oily, revealing delicate notes of celery and buttery biscuits. The mid-palate is beautifully balanced, showcasing juniper, citrus, and a medley of Mediterranean herbs: basil, rosemary, and bay leaf, rounded by briny olives and capers.
The finish lingers with the intriguing savoriness of capers, a touch of creamy cashew, and a subtle hint of sweet melon.
SIRIVS Gin is best enjoyed neat after 10 minutes of aeration, or as a refreshing cocktail with Kardinal Tonic Water.

SIRIVS Gin was born in 2024. It embodies the cosmic meeting of three worlds: Swell de Spirits, Los Convidados, and SATVRNAL. These three houses, guided by the same passion, saw their paths converge around a star, Sirius, creating a gin that is as mysterious as it is sparkling.
Sharing a glass of SIRIVS Gin means coming together around a unique energy, where stories cross and align, just like Sirius, the shining star that the ancient Mayans observed to read the mysteries of the sky.
Within a small distillery nestled in the heart of Mexico, near Guadalajara, SIRIVS Gin was patiently crafted over four years like a precious elixir. From the careful selection of local plants to the creation of a unique recipe, each step was orchestrated by a passionate team.
